Perspective

A good friend of mine shared this today. I had never seen this YouTube channel called ‘The Dictionary of Obscure Sorrows’ - perhaps you have. I love the strange words that form the basis of the films. I delved in right away and watched this film. It reminded me of how we can get so caught up in our own story that we forget there is a bigger picture, a zoom button, a sky above us that we can float up into and look down from, and see the curve of the earth and the whole interlocking myriad context of it all. Our story is not the only one and it’s only a story. This gives me comfort.
